The purpose of the Vincentian Community Service Fellowship Program is to give concrete expression to DePaul's Catholic, Vincentian and urban identity by promoting leadership development in Chicagoland, Church-based, non-profit, social service agencies or schools. The program provides graduate education opportunities and Vincentian formation and spirituality for committed practitioners in these agencies.

The Vincentian Community Service Fellowship Program provides a full presidential scholarship to an appropriate DePaul University graduate program especially in the fields of public service, education, law, computer science or commerce. The current fellows are Katherine Slover, Peggy Roketenetz, Esmereda Zepeda, Luiz Carlos Barbosa, Joseph Theagene Valery, and Sarah J. Flagel.

The Vincentian Faith-Learning-Service Community: During the years of their part-time graduate study at DePaul each of the full-time working adult fellows would become a member of a small-group Vincentian Faith-Learning-Service Community. In regular gatherings, with other committed servant leaders in the Vincentian tradition, the fellows will study, reflect and pray together as they explore faith-based lives of Christian service in the Vincentian tradition.
