University Ombudsperson
Welcome to DePaul's Office of the University Ombudsperson. Established in 2001, the University Ombudsperson provides a confidential, neutral and independent resource for all of DePaul's faculty and staff. We are available to listen to and investigate issues or complaints, to explore informal resolution of conflict, clarify university policies and procedures or help you find the right person or department within the university to respond to your questions. The Ombudsperson offers an alternative informal, safe place to work with you in suggesting possible responses to any questions you might have-and if we don't know the answer, we will seek to find it for you. To learn more, please explore this web site for specific information or call us at 312-362-8707.

The University Ombudsperson subscribes to The Ombudsman Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
