Future Goals:
I hope to revolutionize how social movements and the nonprofit sector effect the lives of communities around the world, highlighting the interdependence of the human race through the most humble means of connecting to one another: serving. In particular, I aspire to make an impact on the world refugee crisis, by re-humanizing those displaced by means of conflict, persecution, or environmental disaster. I'm not sure which aspect I will try to narrow my focus to, but I feel a calling to this emerging field and finding away to connect people through it.

What excites you about the Vincentian Mission Fellows Program?

What excites me about the Vincentian Mission Fellows program is the family like collaboration between a small group of students committed to making an impact on a variety of social justice issues with the guidance and mentoring of leaders engaged in the Vincentian mission. This hands on application of the values that drew me to DePaul is the culmination of my hopes and aspirations for my time here. This program gives me the best chance to learn about St. Vincent and how to apply his values and mission to my own life.
